Instruction:

Place the wool fleece in thin layers on the styrofoam-cone and felt it with the felting tool. With this felting tool you get ahead very quickly. First place the white wool fleece on it and as an effect some of the grey wool fleece. If you are finished you have the dress of the angel.

Clip on the head of cotton wool on the felt-body with a toothpick. Twitch a strand (ca. 18 cm) bouffant of white wool fleece fort he hair. Bundle it centric with a slender long strand of white wool fleece and glue it on the head. Form the hairstyle.

Decorate the dress with the star sequins and the Rocailles (affix the Rocailles with short fixing pins over the sequins). Affix the jewellery cord with 3 wrappings on the border (ca. 1,5 cm above the dressing edge). Lay a circle with the cord and glue it on the felt hair. Glue the bigger sequin star on the forehead. Affix carefully the metal angel wings in the styrofoam. If applicable glue it slightly with styrofoam glue. 

Tip: The felting tool is very well suitable for big surfaces. The felting needle in the opposite is better suitable for patterns.
