Instruction:

Draw the stencil form two times on the desired Scrapbooking-paper. Cut it along the outer edge. Emboss the form at the outer line of the inner triangles. Fold one part of the remaining Scrapbooking-paper and trace the beak. Afterwards cut it out.
Cut out the desired eyes. Now cut out circles in different sizes, which you can place under the eyes later on. Glue the two parts together with the double sided adhesive tape. Before affix the cord to hang it up. You can craft the belly part as you like and maybe decorate it with glitter. Affix the eyes and the beak on the body. Afterwards you can affix the fluffy feathers with the paper glue.
